Refund policy

At Perfumes by LuxuryBrandCo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns only in the following cases:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Damaged Products (with unboxing video)
• Incorrect Product Delivered (with photo proof)
• Authenticity Concerns (seal and packaging must remain intact)

Non-returnable items: Used or opened perfumes, products without original packaging.

2. Timeframe:

All return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery by emailing returns@luxurybrandco.com.

3. Process:

• Approved returns will be collected via our courier partner.
• Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

4. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection. Refunds may be full, partial, or declined based on product condition.
